Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
Bookings
All bookings for the courses with TechniSaur must be made by completing and signing
the “Registration Form Online”.
Purchase Order must be produced to support large bookings and must be submitted
along with the Registration form & acceptance of Terms and Conditions must be
submitted to TechniSaur in order to proceed with the booking.
After all the required documents have been submitted to TechniSaur, a confirmation
will be sent to the attendees.
By Registering to a courses you agree to have reviewed all prerequisite provided in
Course Outlines on our website, and it is the responsibility of the authorising agent to
ensure if the pre-requisites are met by all the attendees before the course delivery.
Payments
All Payments must be received by TechniSaur PRIOR to course delivery. Failure to
pay will result in the cancellation of the course and full fee payment for the course will
be required.
We accept payments using Direct Account transfer or Bpay as Account details
provided in you personalised invoice
Payments are taken at the time of purchase.
Course Cancellations, Rescheduling and Transfer Policy
Courses with insufficient enrolments may result in the cancellation or change of date
or price of any course. This will not be subject to any penalty to TechniSaur.
To cancel or reschedule, a written request must be made at least 10 days before the
start of the course, notification is to be sent to info@techniaur.com.
All cancellation and refund will be done in accordance with the Microsoft Policy. Please

Expected Behaviour
Inappropriate behaviour; disruptive behaviour, abusive language and violent
behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the removal of the attendee from the
course without a refund.
Force Majeure
TechniSaur will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in
performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable
control
We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close
or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force
Majeure Event.

Please refer to your tax invoice for claiming GST as input tax credit as some of our
courses may be GST exempt.

Complimentary Course Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a course delivery, you are eligible for a complimentary
course satisfaction privilege, it is subject to seat availability on public course dates
scheduled by TechniSaur.

Eligibility
Customer must provide
• A verifiable copy of a competitors quote or proposal, or a link to an online price to participate, with all tuition fees, surcharges, taxes, credit card fees, material fees, exam fees included.
• Course must be publicly available, provided by a registered Australian business, in Australian dollars, and the course able to be completed in Australia.
• The deliverables must be substantially similar, for example, the same course code, days of training, students participating, content, materials, study modality.
Exclusions
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with vendor vouchers or credits such as SATVs
• Discount cannot be applied to taxes or credit card fees.
Fair Use Policy
TechniSaur has the right to refuse any price beat guarantee request where deemed unreasonable, excessive or unfair. This offer is made in good faith, and can be withdrawn at any time.

- Newly arrived immigrants – Not more than six months on the day of the start of the course.
Refund Policy
You can get a refund of the fees paid if it is requested within 10 days after the
payment is made. Registration fees is non-refundable which is 10% of the total
cost.
